Customer involvement

 

The needs of the customer justifies everything that Moorlands housing strives to achieve. One of the cornerstones of this is to involve our customers as much as we can in the planning and delivery of the services we provide.

Central to involving our customers is the employment of a full time strategic involvement officer, who’s role is to ensure that our services reflect what our customers need from us. Ensuring that all customers find it easy to get involved in any consultations, community based initiatives, and Residents Groups that happen in your local area across the Moorlands, to make sure that your comments contribute to how we deliver our services.
