We have approximately 3000 properties located across the Staffordshire Moorlands. These include Bedsits, Flats, Houses, Maisonettes, Bungalows.
How to Apply
We maintain an up to date register of people wishing to be considered for housing in the Staffordshire Moorlands area. Each application is awarded a number of points, which reflects their situation.
Applicants wishing to join the waiting list do not have to be from the Staffordshire Moorlands area. To be added to the waiting list a application for housing form needs to be completed and returned.

Applicants that own their own property or have been a home owner in the last 2 years are required to fill in a financial appraisal form.
Once your application form is returned, we will register it and you will receive a letter from us, which will either say that you have been accepted onto the list, or that we require further information.
Registering with Staffordshire Moorlands District Council
In addition to registering with Moorlands Hosuing, it is important that you also register with Staffordshire Moorlands District Council as they nominate people for our properties.
