We’ve made it easier to pay your rent
We’ve made paying your rent quick and easy. There are 4 simple ways that you can make sure your rent is paid on time.
Paying by Swipe Card
We’ve teamed up with the Post Office and allpay (allpay are the company who administer the swipe card system) to allow you to pay your rent.
You can use your swipe card at any Post Office or place displaying a PayPoint or PAYzone sign.
Your swipe card contains all the information needed to pay your rent by either cash or a cheque and it is important that you keep your receipt as proof of payment.
It will take approximately three working days for your payment to show on your rent account. We’ll send you a statement of your account every 13 weeks so that you can keep track of your payments.
Paying over the phone
If you have a debit card you can pay your rent over the phone by calling allpay on 0870 243 6040
Payment by Standing Order
If you would like to pay your rent weekly or monthly, you can set up a standing order to send a payment from your bank to Moorlands Housing.
Payment online
If you have access to the internet you can pay your rent online, allowing you to pay your rent online 24 hours a day by visiting www.allpay.net
